Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resource (HR) practices is transforming the landscape of organizational management, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. This paper examines the dual role of AI as both a tool for enhancing HR functionalities and a catalyst for the evolution of the human touch in the workplace. While AI technologies provide significant benefits in recruitment, employee management, performance evaluation, and talent acquisition, they also present challenges related to ethical considerations, job displacement, and the preservation of interpersonal relationships. This research explores the balancing act required to effectively integrate AI into HR practices while maintaining the essential human elements that foster employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall organizational success. Through comprehensive analysis, this study provides insights into the future of HR practices shaped by AI and offers recommendations for achieving an optimal balance between technology and the human touch.
